ONLINE PILATES

Are you looking to workout in the comfort of your own home, but don’t feel like weight training is your thing? Mat Pilates may be exactly what you’re looking for.

 

Pilates is a (usually, depending on the group) low impact workout, focusing on building strength, stability, and mobility throughout the entire body. Pilates can help you build overall strength starting with your core, improve posture, help you move more easily throughout your day, increase flexibility, assist with lower back pain, farewell persistent aches and pains, help to foster your mind-body awareness and much more.

Renee's online classes are semi-private, meaning there is a maximum of four people in each class. This ensures you receive the customized support you need to have each exercise tailored to your specific needs. No more getting lost in a sea of people at a large class!

So why start Semi-Private Online Pilates Classes?

  • You can do them anywhere you have access to the internet and a little space – lounge room, garage, bedroom, even hotel room when travelling for work or leisure. This also means you can wear whatever you’d like to the sessions too – the comfier the better, I say!

  • There’s no need for copious amounts of equipment – a laptop or device and a mat is really all you need, although not essential. There may be opportunities to include a resistance band, dumbbells, block or ball in the session however there will always be household alternates provided

  • You’ll be paired in a small group with others around your fitness level and who have the same goals as you. This way, you know you’re all headed in the same direction and you’ll have some built-in accountability buddies

  • There’s no need to account for travel time to and from a studio, fight traffic, or battle to find a carpark. You simply roll out your mat and have your laptop charged. Easy!

So what exactly does you investment of $79.95 each week include?

  • 2 x Semi-Private Online Pilates sessions. Each class is approximately 45mins

  • Weekly mobility homework customized to fit your unique needs

  • Weekly at-home training program, customized to compliment your Mat Pilates work and fit your unique needs. This may require dumbbells or a band, but will of course be modified to your own unique situation.

  • Fitness coaching (goal setting, results tracking etc)

  • Text support and accountability

  • Custom follow-along video sessions as required

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I just do one session?

You can, but not with Renee. We want the absolute best results for our clients, and that happens when there is a minimum of two Pilates sessions completed each week.

What if I can’t make the two sessions?

If you need to miss a session here and there, no big deal. Renee can arrange for you to have a pre-recorded Pilates session emailed to you to complete instead, and you can send me a selfie when you’ve completed it for accountability. If you are regularly only making one session? That’s when we’ll need to discuss alternate session times to hopefully find something that better suits you.

 

Will the sessions be recorded?

No, the sessions are carried out live each week and not recorded for the privacy of the group members. Watching a recording means you'd also be missing out on the real-time, customized feedback & coaching that occurs during a live session.

 

I don’t have a lot of experience working out and I’ve never done a Pilates class before. Can a beginner join?

Absolutely! You’ll be placed in a group with others of a similar fitness level and experience, and every exercise will have modifications to suit every body’s unique needs.

What if I need to change my times?

You can email renee@warriorsofwellness.com.au to discuss the alternate times available. As there will only ever be four clients per group, however, if all the allocated times are full, you may need to join the waitlist.

 

Can I cancel at anytime?

Sure can! You only need to give a fortnight’s notice and that’s it.
