WORTHY WARRIOR

All new clients start here, as a Worthy Warrior.
Regardless of experience or skill level, this compulsory 12-weeks of training provides us with the opportunity to get to know you (and you us!), how you move, and get you well on the way to achieving your goals.
Inclusive of;

Online mobility assessment & assessment of needs so we start where you're at and build a unique program just for you

12-weeks of training & coaching support including the ability to film and send through parts of your session for additional support and feedback. You'll never feel like you're training alone

Weekly check-ins via text/email to discuss your program, receive support & feedback, and have your questions answered so you're never left wondering

WISE WARRIOR
Once you have completed your 12-week training in Worthy Warrior, you have the opportunity to become a Wise Warrior.
You still recieve all the same style of programming and support as you do in Worthy Warrior, but with the added benefit of flexibility to go month to month.
This means if you go on holiday, for example, you can pause your training and pick up right where you left off when you return.
Or return for coaching support after you've been training independently for a while.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can I train with you in-person?
If you're located in close to us in Spain, and depending on our current workload, there may be an opportunity for a hybrid approach to your training. This hybrid training may look like some regular, in-person sessions combined with the majority of your session being carried out online. The best of both worlds!
Do I have to commit to 12-weeks of training?
Initially, yes. Our clients get the best results because they stick to their customized training program for long enough to see the results. 12 weeks is usually the right amount of time to assess and adjust movement patterns, improve mobility, and start taking some steps towards building strength and achieving your goals.
What happens if I don't know all the names to the exercises?
We've got you, don't stress. Under each exercise in your digital program there'll be a link to a video of the exercise so you know what you're doing. If you're ever unsure, you can always reach out to your coach for support - that's what we're here for!
I don’t have a lot of experience working out and I’ve never done weights at a gym before. Can a beginner join?
Absolutely! We design your training program for your unique needs and start where you're at. You'll be supported every step of the way and your program will be adjusted to suit your skills and level of experience as they progress.
What if I want to do one session at home and one session at a gym?
No worries at all! Mention this to your Fitness Coach during your first meeting and we'll tailor your program accordingly.
Can I cancel at anytime?
Sure can! You only need to give a fortnight’s notice and that’s it.
