Our team provides ongoing education, encouragement and support to ensure you and your group are getting the most out of your time at Warriors of Wellness.

Mobile Personal Training

Let the Warriors of Wellness team come to you for weekly training sessions. With flexibility for individual or group training, each session is created specifically for you to help you achieve your common health & fitness goals. Our team provides ongoing education, encouragement and support to ensure you are getting the most out of your time with us.

Workplace Wellness

Let the Warriors of Wellness team come to you for movement assessments, personal training sessions, and even health & fitness education. Having our team readily accessible to your staff not only benefits them physically - the endorphins released during exercise can help create more confidence, energetic, and positive employees, who are happier and are even less stressed. With flexibility for individual or group training, each session is created specifically for you & your employees to help you achieve your common health & fitness goals.

Pre-Season Training

Prepare for the upcoming season in your sport with the support of the Warriors of Wellness team. Choose to train individually or in a small group at Warriors of Wellness HQ in Glen Iris, or have us attend your club to support your whole team. We can provide a structured weights and running program tailored specifically to you and your sports specific need to ensure you enter into the upcoming season at the top of you game.

Digital Training

Keen to get expert advice, but wish to train at unconventional times or are unable to make it regularly to Warriors of Wellness HQ? Our Digital Training offers you programming and support via FaceTime/Zoom after your movement patterns have been assessed in person at Warriors of Wellness HQ. This training option offers flexibility and convenience, without compromising on safety.

Return To Play

Experienced an injury? After receiving an assessment from a Physiotherapist, come work with the Warriors of Wellness team for your rehabilitation. With a focus on strengthen muscle, resetting movement patterns, and restrengthen your athletic qualities, we work with you to get you back to doing what you love safely, and as soon as possible. Once your rehabilitation is complete, our work together can pivot to focus on your other health & fitness goals.
