Renee has always been passionate about people, health, and fitness. She started dancing classes at the age of three and hasn’t stopped moving since! Renee completed her Personal Training qualifications whilst working as a Social Worker in public health sector, after becoming increasingly frustrated at the health and fitness advice friends were receiving that didn’t seem to add up.

As a Mum of two, Renee understands the importance of being fit and functional, and how this can help to make every day parenting tasks easier. She enjoys working with other parents, particularly Mothers, to help create a sustainable and fun way to focus on their fitness. Renee loves the energy of a small group training session, and drawing upon her Social Work skills when working with individuals to help eradicate negative beliefs, and nurture a growth mindset.

Please Note: Renee is currently on Maternity Leave and not accepting new Personal Training clients. She is, however, available for Essential Oil Education.
